    Working as an Executive Director of Lupin Human Welfare & Research Foundation (LHWRF) with overall administration and control of integrated and holistic rural development activities being carried out in eight Indian States, viz., Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Jammu & Kashmir and Gujarat. Corporate Non-governmental Organization Lupin Human Welfare & Research Foundation (LHWRF) has been promoted by Lupin Limited – a major Indian pharmaceutical company.

    Developing proper sustainable linkages between Government and the people for implementing various rural development programmes with a special emphasis on economic development programmes (income generation programmes) for the poorest of the poor, marginalized sections of the society, youth and women. With team effort LHWRF has been developed as one of the largest NGO in the country.

  • Raosaheb Badhe Raosaheb Badhe Chief Program Manager

    Certified Corporate Social Responsibility Professional from IICA, the institute established by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (GoI), Mr Badhe oversee the entire operations of LHWRF centres. He has been involved in various poverty alleviation initiatives since 1989. He has designed, mobilised and implemented numerous Government and Non-Government projects related to natural resource management, urban poverty alleviation, health and livelihood enhancement.

    He is a down-to-earth motivated person and leads the operations of the Foundation. He has excellent skills in launching new development ventures that turn ideas into actions. He is the driving force behind the LHWRF operations across the states.

  • Ravi Deshpande Ravi Deshpande Chief Program Manager
    CSO, Pune

    Ravi Deshpande is Certified Corporate Social Responsibility Professional from IICA, the institute established by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (GoI). He has done his Masters from University of Mumbai. He has been an activist since his college days and was involved in advocacy work among the tribals of Thane district. He worked as lecturer in a reputed degree college of University of Mumbai for five years.

    He has been associated with the CSR sector for more than 5 years and development sector for more than 17 years. Hehas worked on various issues such as migration and trafficking, Panchayati Raj, Watershed Development, and National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS) and many others. He has vast experience of carrying out project implementation, project coordination, process documentation, impact assessment and evaluation of developmental projects. He has number of book publications to his credit along with several articles and research papers. He brings to table expertize in strategy and policy formulation, programme management, process improvement and documentation.

  • Ved Prakash Sharma Ved Prakash Sharma Chief Project Coordinator

    Mr Ved Prakash Sharma is working with Lupin Foundation over 11 years and looking of community development interventions at Alwar, core responsibility of planning, budgeting, partnership and operational coordination of various community development programs.

    He has expertise in the field of Livelihoods, Women Empowerment - SHG Program and rich experience of NRM specially Community Based Watershed Management, Micro Finance, Health & Education.

    Before Lupin Foundation he has associated with various leading organizations in Rajasthan and served international & national funded projects i.e. DFID, UNDP, DPIP, NABARD, Watershed Development Program etc. He has also attended International Management Development Program i.e. Community Based Watershed Management Program at International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR) Philippines & “Achieving Leadership Excellence” at London School of Economics (LSE) UK.

  • Yogesh Prabhu Yogesh Prabhu Senior Project Coordinator- Sindhudurg

    Yogesh has been working in rural development sector since last 15 years. He had worked on the Concept of ‘Parivartana Kendra’, a social transformation centre set up in rural areas for capacity building of village social institutions. Yogesh is committed to contributing sustainable development in rural areas though various innovative programmes.

  • Mr. Yogesh Raut Yogesh Raut Chief Project Coordinator (PGCDM, B. Tech. in Agril. Engg)

    After the experience of 9 years in the field of rural development & watershed management, Mr. Yogesh had joined Lupin Human Welfare & Research Foundation in Nov 2010 as a Sr. Project Coordinator. As he is B. Tech. in Agril Engg was handling Water Resource Development wing of Dhule District. Also, he coordinated all sector activities as he was promoted as Principal Project Coordinator. Since June 2013 he is managing Change India Programme as a Project Manager.
