If there’s one word that sums up 2025, it’s movement. Of ideas, partnerships, people and most importantly change on the ground. It was a year of rolling up our sleeves, strengthening community ties, and turning intent into impact.

Here’s a snapshot of what kept us on our toes (and smiling) all year long.

On the healthcare front (Lives Program) our focus on preventing non-
communicable diseases (NCDs)
reached new milestones.

Across Alwar and Palghar, over 100,000 individuals were screened, advancing early detection and care. We also launched three new Mobile Medical Vans, flagged off by the Hon’ble State Minister of Public Health and Family Welfare, Maharashtra, and the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan.

Strengthening systems was as important as delivering services.

During the year, the Government of
Rajasthan invited us to support capacity building of medical officers on NCD management and care. Over 100 medical officers across Rajasthan and Maharashtra were trained, helping improve the
quality of care at the grassroots.

Our flagship initiative,
Agriculture-Based Livelihood Empowerment,
continued to build resilience across farming communities.

We created a water storage capacity of 1,66,624 cubic metres through nine water-harvesting structures, conducted 4,226 soil tests, supported livestock breed improvement through 457 artificial inseminations, and facilitated the formation of four Farmer Producer Organisations. The impact was visible on the ground, with farmer Bhikan Baliram Patil winning Third Prize in Maharashtra’s District-Level Crop Yield Competition.

At our worksites, green initiatives and community care went hand in hand. Through agri-horticulture interventions, we supported 383 farmers with yield enhancement, vegetable cultivation, and floriculture.

A total of 15,800 agro-horticulture plants were supported, with 6,795 saplings planted by employees under the Employee Volunteering Programme (EVP).

We also supported 661 TB patients with nutritional supplements and strengthened WASH infrastructure in 12 schools, improving access to toilets and safe drinking water.

Together, these efforts reflected our commitment to holistic well-being across worksites and surrounding communities.

Employee volunteering continued
to be a strong pillar of our engagement.

Over 6,019 Lupin employees contributed 13,393 volunteer hours through EVP activities across locations. From plantation drives to community initiatives, their participation reinforced the belief that impact multiplies when people step forward with purpose.

During the year, collaboration was also one of our superpowers.

These partnerships helped us go further than we could on our own, and for that, we are truly grateful for the trust, support, and shared commitment to creating meaningful change.

Our work didn’t just create impact on the ground—it earned recognition too.

Alongside several local recognitions and a feature on NDTV’s The Changemakers, 2025 clearly gave us moments of applause worth cherishing.
